I shot this a few weeks ago when preparing for a shoot with a young actress in London. Dave was my model and in this particular photograph I just love the look in his eyes, he’s rarely captured like this. This was shot using 2 portable speed-lights, trying to get used to minimising my load when I am off shooting on location. I bought 2 really compact lighting stands and an even more compact shoot through umbrella from Calumet. This was all triggered using my trusty pocket-wizard system.
